The Versa-Fold UV-Resistant Polycarbonate Windshield is a high-quality folding windshield designed for durability, protection, and ease of use. It features a full-perimeter automotive-grade bulb gasket that ensures a tight seal with no gaps between the windshield and the roof, providing protection comparable to a full windshield. Made from 0.220" thick polycarbonate, this windshield is available in different material options, including UV-resistant polycarbonate, double-sided hard-coated polycarbonate, and double-sided scratch-resistant polycarbonate. The UV-resistant polycarbonate offers exceptional shatter resistance—200 times stronger than glass—while the hard-coated versions provide superior scratch resistance, making them ideal for off-road use. The windshield’s top section folds down without touching the hood and is secured in place with heavy-duty captive rubber plugs. It can be quickly released or secured using two composite levers, requiring no tools. A mechanically attached, UV-protected transparent hinge adds durability and is replaceable if needed. Compatible with most OEM roofs and doors, as well as all Seizmik accessories, this windshield is also trailerable at speeds up to 65 mph when properly secured. It provides excellent visibility, with light transmission ranging from 88% to 90%, depending on the material type. Its ability to withstand high temperatures up to 260°F makes it a reliable choice for various riding conditions.
