The Versa-Fold Double-Sided Scratch-Resistant Windshield offers a premium folding design with a full-perimeter seal, ensuring no gaps between the windshield and roof for maximum protection. Constructed from 0.220" thick material, it features an automotive-grade, high-deflection bulb gasket around the entire perimeter to enhance sealing. The top section folds down without contacting the hood and is secured in place with heavy-duty captive rubber plugs. A tool-free operation allows for quick release and securing of the upper section using two composite levers. The windshield is mechanically attached with a UV-protected transparent hinge, which is both durable and replaceable. It is compatible with most OEM roofs and doors, as well as all Seizmik accessories. When properly secured, it is trailerable at speeds up to 65 mph. Material options include UV-resistant polycarbonate, which provides exceptional shatter resistance—200 times stronger than glass—and maintains stability in temperatures up to 260°F. A double-sided, hard-coated polycarbonate version offers superior scratch resistance, with one of the most durable coatings in the industry, and 90% light transmission.
