The Detachable Smart Mount Backrest is a highly adjustable and easily removable backrest designed for Indian motorcycles. It features a unique pad assembly that offers three height positions, ranging from the lowest setting to a mid-point 1-5/8" higher, or a maximum height of 2-3/4". The generously sized 12-3/8" x 7" backrest pad provides excellent comfort and support for the rider. This backrest utilizes a redesigned quick-detach mount with a slide lock system, allowing the backrest pad and assembly to attach securely through the seat opening onto lock bolts. This system makes it easy to remove the entire backrest in seconds, leaving no hardware visible above the seat for a clean and seamless appearance when not in use. The backrest mounts through the factory backrest slot on the seat and connects to a frame-mounted support bracket for added stability.
