The JE Pistons Subaru WRX EJ205 Piston Kit is a high-performance set of four forged pistons designed for demanding applications. Made from 2618 aluminum, these pistons offer exceptional strength and durability. The Forged Side Relief (FSR) design reduces skirt width to minimize friction and power loss, while a shorter wrist pin helps save weight. Depending on the application, the pistons feature a skirt coating to reduce friction, wear, and operating noise. An accumulator groove may also be included to improve ring seal and reduce combustion gas pressure. The kit comes complete with high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. These pistons have a 92.5mm (3.642") bore, an 8.5:1 compression ratio, and an inverted dome/dish design. They are precision-engineered for Subaru EJ205 engines to deliver optimized performance and reliability.
