The JE Pistons Piston Kit for the Subaru EJ257 engine features a 99.5mm bore and an 8.5:1 compression ratio. These forged pistons are made from high-strength 2618 aluminum, ensuring durability for high-performance applications. Designed with JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) technology, they minimize friction and power loss while reducing weight with a shorter wrist pin. The pistons include a skirt coating (depending on application) to reduce friction and wear, improving longevity and reducing operating noise. Some configurations also feature an accumulator groove to enhance ring seal by reducing combustion gas pressure. This kit includes four pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings, making it a comprehensive upgrade for high-performance Subaru EJ257 builds.
