The JE Pistons Subaru EJ257 Piston Kit is a set of four high-performance forged pistons designed for demanding applications. Made from 2618 aluminum, these pistons provide superior tensile strength and durability. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design minimizes friction and reduces power loss by utilizing a narrower skirt and shorter wrist pin for weight savings. Some applications feature a skirt coating to reduce friction, wear, and operating noise. Additionally, certain models include an accumulator groove to enhance ring seal and reduce ring flutter for consistent power delivery. This kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. Designed for a 99.75mm bore and an 8.5:1 compression ratio, these pistons are optimized for Subaru EJ257 engines.
