The Sportster 883cc to 1200cc Conversion Kit by S&S Cycle is designed to increase engine displacement from 883cc to 1200cc, providing a straightforward upgrade process. This kit eliminates the need for machining, rebalancing flywheels, or modifying cylinder heads. It includes 3-1/2" aluminum cylinders with cast-in iron liners, pre-fitted pistons with an 11.2 cc dish volume, rings, and all necessary gaskets (head, base, and exhaust). The durable powder-coated finish ensures long-lasting performance, and the kit comes with assembly lube and detailed instructions for a hassle-free installation. Compatible with 883 heads only, this kit is ready to assemble straight out of the box for a streamlined engine enhancement process.
