The JE Pistons Pro Series Piston Kit for the Honda TRX450R is designed for high-performance applications, including professional competition. It features a 13.8:1 compression ratio and a 94mm bore. Machined from 2618-T6 high-tensile forged aluminum, this piston offers superior strength and durability. The dome and dish designs incorporate smooth-flowing radii, eliminating the need for additional deburring or preparation. Radiused valve reliefs enhance airflow, while precision CNC-machined ring grooves ensure optimal sealing. Additional features include machined oil drain-back holes for improved oil control, factory-honed pin bores, and a complete set of wrist pins, locks, and rings. The Pro Series design includes internal and external bracing, weight-reducing embossed forgings, and specialized machining processes such as internal milling and forged side reliefs for enhanced performance.
