The JE Pistons VW 2.0T FSI 82.5mm Piston Kit is a set of four high-performance forged pistons designed for the 2004-2008 Volkswagen 2.0T FSI engine. Made from 2618 aluminum for superior strength, these pistons are engineered for high-demand applications. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design reduces friction and power loss while minimizing weight with a shorter wrist pin. A skirt coating helps reduce wear and operating noise, and an accumulator groove (if applicable) improves ring seal by reducing combustion gas pressure. The kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. Featuring an 8.5:1 compression ratio and an inverted dome/dish design, this set is optimized for durability and performance in motorsports applications.
