The Kibblewhite Precision Exhaust Valve for KLX/KFX 400 motorcycles is a high-performance component designed for durability and optimal airflow. Made from one-piece stainless steel, it features a Stellite-tipped design and undergoes a specialized German surface treatment to enhance wear resistance and reduce friction. This process provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to hard chromium or electrolysis nickel plating. Each valve is CNC-machined and finished with a high-purity hard chrome coating using a 360-degree anode for maximum durability. The design has been optimized using Finite Element Analysis and tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure excellent flow characteristics.
